The High Water Marks is a trans-atlantic band connected to the Elephant 6-collective that we have talked a lot about for many years now. They have been active since 2003, and been very active the last couple of years, releasing one album after the other packed to the brink with fuzz-marinated pop pearls. At this years festival we get to experience Hilarie and Per Ole in a stripped-down duo-setting.
