sivert høyem is one of the biggest artists we have in norway, and will play with his full band at what will be, for him, an unusually intimate venue. høyem started his career in the band madrugada, and has kept an impressively high high level of quality on his solo records since. we have to pinch ourselves in the arm over the fact that we get to present sivert høyem and his wonderful band on our festival stage.

it has now been quite a few years since he last visited egersund, he played a marvellous concert with madrugada down in the basement at grand kjelleren a november night in 1999. that concert is still being talked about by the people who were there. we can promise that sivert høyem at turnhallen at tideless will also be a unique experience that will be talked about for a long time to come.
