stanley brinks

the first meeting between stanley brinks and egersund was when the band herman düne crashed into the piano bar at grand hotel back in 2003, along with somewhat legendary figures from what was then called the anti-folk scene in new york. since then, herman düne has moved on to solo careers, and stanley brinks announced his move to berlin.

stanley brinks and freschard have maintained both their lifestyle, their aesthetics and, not least, their ability to write and release incredibly catchy music, in large quantities. they have made music together, individually, and in collaboration with other artists, including members of bergen mandolinband who are also playing at this years tideless festival.
