last year we tried to get norman blake from teenage fanclub to do a solo concert for us. he brought his band and played rock instead. an absolutely fantastic concert, by the way! he said from the stage that the solo artist norman blake had been stopped at customs at sola airport, and that the band acted as a band-aid on the wound of this happening.
